Camden County College and Gateway to Careers are teaming up next year to offer technical and career certifications for seniors next year. Technical classes leading to certifications range from automotive technology to cosmetology, but the list is quite extensive (see brochure). Eligible students from Gateway would take classes at night. Gateway, in turn, would allow each student to reduce their day schedule as appropriate in order to accommodate this change in schedule. Although these courses are tuition based paid for by the student, the cost is considerably less than attending a private school after graduating. There may also be financial aid options available. This is brand new, there still are some details to work out, so stay tuned. Don't miss out on getting in on the ground floor of this exciting opportunity.
To find out more about these programs at Camden County College, there will be an Open House on Thursday, May 12th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Camden County Technical School Cafetorium, Building 4 at 343 Berlin Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, NJ (see below).
